Factors Affecting Career Identity of High School Student

    Abstract

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting career identity of high school student. Data were obtained from the Korean Child-Youth panel Survey. Multiple regression analysis was employed for statistical analysis. On the results of this study, self-esteem, self-identity, conversation related to career with academy teacher, school club activity have significant effect on the career identity. Based on the results, methods to increase youth career identity are proposed.
